IPHASE 壁报-IPHASE Poster

【主题】

Novel ABC and SLC transporter models for new drug testing（药物测试用ABC转运体囊泡和SLC转运体细胞）

【展示号】

Abstract Number/Poster Board number: 5205/LB306

【简介】

Studies using transporter testing models are essential for understanding the uptake and efflux of candidate compounds in specific tissues. Our research generates transporter models that cover both ABC and SLC superfamilies members, which can be utilized to discover substrates for transporters and detect potential DDIs by inhibitory effects to transporters.
